ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations all sales are final & Exchanges are not allowed . Custom Orders may be refunded IF preparation of the unit has not begun. Preparations are = ordered inventory , lace customization, Cap prep. A $60 restocking fee will be deducted from any refunded Custom wig order . Extensions & lace are not kept on hand. and are available for pre order only. therefore they are non refundable . Hair accessories are non refundable Digital Products such as tutorials , vendors list , ebooks , courses , etc are non refundable Disputes are not permitted ! All packages are shipped through USPS . Each Package comes with $100 insurance Signatures are required for all packages over $50 Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days.
