Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations all sales are final & Exchanges are not allowed .

Custom Orders may be refunded IF preparation of the unit has not begun. Preparations are = ordered inventory , lace customization, Cap prep.

A $60 restocking fee will be deducted from any refunded Custom wig order .

Not all Extensions & lace are not kept on hand and may be pre ordered , therefore they are non refundable .

Hair accessories are non refundable

Digital Products such as tutorials , vendors list , ebooks , courses , etc are non refundable

Frontal Agreement Form I Fully Understand that Frontal Wigs will consist of the following below: -High Maintenance -Will require an additional 25-30 minutes daily for proper application (If adhesive is not used). -Will not Damage my natural hair or edges and will promote healthy hair growth WITH PROPER APPLICATION. -Can have a tendency to Shed or accumulate balding spots due to normal wear and tear. -Are better suited for daily take off and on. -Are ideal for occasions and are NOT every day wig units. -Requires gentle attention and daily maintenance. -Sleek Hairlines Will speed the normal process of lace thinning/balding -Requires "How to" knowledge " i.e.; how to blend hairline. Please note we do offer a frontal replacement service which will result in a reconstruction fee and cost of a new frontal. Remember: Lace is a Fabric and is sometimes very delicate Additional information Disputes are not permitted ! Disputes hurt the integrity of our business and we would prefer to handle any situation directly with our consumer . Billing & shipping address must match.
